Hello, friends!!!


So glad that you stopped by today! I have lots to share with you!! It's Friday--which means FWF at Unity!! LOVE this company--love love love the people, the company, the stamps, EVERYTHING!

My first card was another submission for the CARDS challenge. I also couldn't help but put in some turquoise ribbon for the Embellishment Mag. challenge. I love this card--check out the owl (Hero Arts)--he is stamped on cork board! ACK! Love it! I also used gems for the heart. The polka dots in the background are from Unity's Jan. KOTM. **NOTE:: That means...using polka dots...this card could work for Lucy's Challenge #5 as well! Love it! The sentiment is from Unity's Oct. KOTM. I really like this card! **NOTE:: This is also for the Stamping Royalty challenge! 

Here is another card that I created for my cousin Amy- she needed another bday card...for a very HIP sister! So I made this card using kraft paper, green/red/black scrap paper, and Unity's music background stamp. I love this card too! The flower has tulle for leaves--isn't that cute??? I saw Joslyn Nielson use something similar...but I love how it turned out on my card:}

I entered this card for the FWF challenge this week. I have been unable to participate in this challenge due to scheduling...but I was happy to play again this week! I used Unity's Treasure to Me set. I paper pieced some of the dress together. I loved the color combo--so sweet! I was inspired by Karen's pearls, paper piecing, shaped accents, and the stamps. 

This card was featured on LIMELIGHTS (thanks, Mandy!) blog the other day--love love love this card! I made it for one of their sketch challenges, as well as for the Stamping Royalty challenge this week. I used Unity's Our Life, Our stories stamps, along with 100% Happy and Sept. 09 KOTM stamp sets. I love how it turned out. You can read more about it HERE.
