For today's sneak peek I've created a watercolor underwater scene using the NEW Ocean Scene dies, as well as the NEW Courteous Cuties stamps and dies.

I used a couple extra PS stamps and dies for this card, including: Summer Sampler, Enchanted Elves, and Banner dies. As soon as I saw the jelly fish carrying that shel [from the Courteous Cuties stamp set], I knew I wanted to make an underwater birthday scene!

Those bubbles along with the rocks, seaweed, and coral are all from the NEW Ocean Scene die set! It's such a FUN set to use, esp with watercoloring!

Be sure to stop by the PS blog for details about this blog hop and giveaway! And don't forget to leave some love on the DT's blogs:)

That's it for me today- THANK YOU so much for stopping by! Be blessed!

Hello, friends:}

***Be sure to stop by THIS post for the Advent Calendar Extravaganza with Taheerah Atchia. And be sure to stop by her blog HERE for all the details and giveaways! Deadline is Dec. 31st!
Today I'm sharing my final projects for the Paper Smooches "Winter-Holiday-Hanukkah-New Years" challenge for December.

Picture: Credit HERE HERE HERE and HERE

In case you don't know- I challenged myself to make 15 projects for December's challenge---- and I did it!!!!!!!!!!! HOORAY! I made 15 cards even with a few stitches in my finger:)

I'm going to keep this post short because it's still hard to write (these stitches HURT!!!!!!) I used the following PS stamps/dies on the cards for today: DigitsNumbersAlphawhimsyCriss CrossLet It SnowLg. SnowflakesMirror BlocksCool DudesNotebook Paper TwoHot ConcoctionsWinter SamplerCoffee & TeaGingerbread Houseand Word Bubbles.
This card was inspired by a design/graphic on Pinterest- I tried to get a link but it shows nothing:( This card was sooooo hard to make- but it looks awesome! I used the 2017 Pantone color of the year for 2017!!! LOVE it!
This design was inspired by a poster in a store on one of our trips this past month! Not my favorite because I totally messed it up... but I think it's very CAS and perfect for the holidays or New Year since it snows until March!
Those are marshmallows:) Trav thought they were ice cubes (what they were intended to be... LOL!)! I saw THIS inflatable on a road near Trav's work, and I knew I had to make a card!
CAS- two ribbons and a glittered snowflake. Easy!

That's it for me today! I hope you will join in the fun--- you could win a $50 gift certificate to the PS store! Be sure to stop by HERE to link up and play along:)

THANKS so much for stopping by! Be blessed:}

I share my baby powder technique with washi tape for the scarf in the video! This is one of my favorite techniques to use! ALSO--- I don't normally send out Christmas/Holiday cards... but this year I might send this card to a special friend:)

Hello, friends:}

Today I'm sharing how I created an embossed image using the November 2016 PS Decorate A Tree die. This is a simple technique- you are using the die as a stamp! It's a fun way to use your dies!

THANKS so much for stopping by--- be sure to go HERE for my video! Be blessed:}

Paper Smooches challenge- December project #3-5

Hello, friends:}

Today I'm sharing more projects for the Paper Smooches "Winter-Holiday-Hanukkah-New Years" challenge for December.

Picture: Credit HERE HERE HERE and HERE

In case you don't know- I challenged myself to make 15 projects for December's challenge---- I aim high! After today I'll have 5 out of 15. I think I might finish before Christmas 😬

I went with a CAS Christmas card for my first project. I was inspired by a package I saw on Instagram. CAS isn't really my style... but I tried it and liked it;) Funny story: I showed Trav and his response was that it was too simple! TOO simple?!?!?! He said it was simpler than his "Trav's Card Style" of stamp, ribbon, done. LOL! That's when I thought about adding a scored line around the edges. I never thought I would hear Trav say that my card was too simple 😝 PS stamps/dies: Bows dies (I die cut the smallest bow and then cut it down to fit the "windows" from the Gingerbread House dies-- making it look like a present) and Merry Christmas die.
My second card was inspired by an email that I received from a company this past week. It had rolling hills, lots of trees, polar bears, and snow. LOVE it! Trav says that I take images/photos and make them my own- and this is an example of just that:) PS stamps/dies: Warm WishesSnow Drifts die, and Happy Camper stamps/dies
And for my final card today- I was inspired by THIS super cute print of a moose! Oh my! How adorable is he??! LOVE him! I used the same snow technique as I did for the previous card (I used ICT Frost Shimmer Spritz) and then watercolored my moose image. I even used some interfacing batting for the ear muff to make them look fuzzy! Sooo CUTE:) PS stamps/dies: Chubby Chum Pals stamps/dies and Ovals 1
That's it for me today! I hope you will join in the fun--- you could win a $50 gift certificate to the PS store! Be sure to stop by HERE to link up and play along:)
