CardMaker + Terial Arts blog hop

Hello, friends!
I'm so excited to be participating today in a blog hop with the CardMaker Magazine blog team featuring Terial Arts. You should have arrived here today from Gaylynn's blog.
I have created quilted postcards for almost 9 years! I love using fabric on my projects... however, the problem is that the fabric frays or is hard to attach to the card. That is why I'm sooooooooo excited to have a bottle of the fabric stabilizer from Terial Arts!!!

I followed the easy steps to transform my fabric to paper-like stiffness using this stabilizer. So easy! And it literally was easier to cut and use- I ran my fabrics through the die cutting machine without any problems at all!

I stitched each piece on my quilted postcard base and then attached it to my postcard cardstock (which I embossed using the same die cuts). To finish I added some dark brown bias tape around the edges. Simple!
I know it's kind of hard to see--- but the embossed image is the cup with the leaf in the center.

My favorite part about this postcard is the embossed steam behind the cup and sentiment- I know you can't really see it... but it's all in the details:) You might actually see the steam better in the first photo in this post!

Your next stop is the fabulous Clare

Thanks so much for stopping by! Happy hopping! Be blessed:)

Hello, friends:)

Today is my day to post and share on the Sonshine Stamp Co. blog HERE

This is my third project that I created in my NEW studio!!!!!!!! **Be sure to stop by HERE to check out my studio reveal. Here's a photo of my makeshift studio on the kitchen table (which was refinished when we moved due to the movers damaging it... only to find out when I moved my stuff back to my desk that I had scratched it too 😩🤦🏼‍♀️ Olsen and Olly loooooooove being near me when I'm working!

Here's a photo of Olly in my new studio. I laid the rug down for Olsen (who is kind of picky and likes to lay on rugs/towels/etc), but Olly took over! 🐶

Ok--- back to my creation:) I created this card for a very special friend who just went through a mastectomy. I wanted something simple that would lift her up, but that wasn't too pink. I love love love how this turned out! Maybe it's the new studio... maybe it's because it's being sent to a special friend...maybe it's just how it came together... either way, I love it! I used the following PS stamps/dies: Hope stamps/diesAdorable Array.

That's it for me today! I hope you will join in in the fun before it's too late! You could win a $50 gift certificate to the PS store! Be sure to stop by HERE to link up and play along.

THANKS so much for stopping by! Be blessed:}
