This card was SOOOOOOOOOOOOO easy to make especially when using the Pink & Main Foilable Panels and Cheerfoil!
Here's how I made it:

- Foil the P&M Raindrops Foiloable Panels with White Cheerfoil
- Use alcohol inks to create "rainbow" or colored background
- After inks dry a bit (maybe 5 mins), wipe background with towel to reveal white rain drops
- Finish card with sentiment and colored image
EASY! That's what I like:)
