I am super excited that today is FRIDAY! I love Fridays because of Unity and the FWF hop! I love love love these stamps:}
My first project is my scrapbook layout. I KNOW--this is my 3rd page! I think I might be hooked! I used Sketchy Thursday's LO as my inspiration. I did kind of change the title and journaling--once again, I drew something wrong! I must not have had my contacts in [HA! Or I'm just silly!!]. I still LOVE this LO. I also used zigzag stitching instead of buttons--I thought it was more masculine and grown-up like my big boy! My photos are not printed yet--so I will post a pic of this once the page is completely done. This page is about Olsen--he loves his bones or kong. One thing I love about him is the way he sits and stares at his bone! He just sits--for long periods of time and stares at it. Don't know why--too funny! I used lots of Unity stamps--the "pull" is from Our Stories set; the journaling envelope was stamped with a Confession background stamp; the yellow paper with "happy" and a bingo card is from 100% Happy. LOVE all these stamps!
This LO is great for Lucy's stitching challenge!
My second card was created for the FWF20 challenge. This card by Becky was our inspiration piece. I wanted to use some of my newer Unity stamps, so I pulled out my Soirees and Such set for the insert, "grad" and hat. I used the Love Grows set for the brackets (I had to mask the sentiment in between). I also used March's KOTM for the scooter. I printed the sentiment from my computer. SUPER cute! I love it--I think this is one of my FAV cards!
My last two cards were created for the Wee Memories challenge. Our inspiration photo had lots of yellow, gray, and black...rain boots, and brides. So I combined all of that--and came up with this first card. I know it is a very unlikely stamp to use for a bridal shower...but I really like this invite. I used Unity's Rain and Flowers set for the rain/boots. I also used the Soirees and Such set for this invite. The words are in gray ink and on white paper. SUPER cute! I love these colors together:}
The second card for this challenge is also SUPER cute! I love it too! I used a text from an old book about boating....with this Unity stamp from the March KOTM. I am liking that soft bright yellow with the gray. MMMM!
