Hello, friends:}
Today starts my week of Growing in Unity!! Be sure to stop by each day {April 17-23} and leave some love for your chance to win several prizes!! Become a follower for an extra entry!!
Plus, today starts a NEW challenge over at All Things Unity!! This is another FUN 2 week challenge--all you have to do is create anything (i.e. scrapbook page, journal cover, card, frame) using any Unity and Ippity stamps and this sketch!
All Things Unity has a wonderful sponsor for the month of April:: Buttons Galore & More. If you have not been to this site--head over there NOW! I love all the button assortments! They even have an idea gallery HERE. WOW! Super fun!
I made a birthday card for my best friend--I know she isn't reading this, so no worries! It's not top secret! I am also entering this in the Unity monthly challenge [birds]. I love how this turned out! I made my sketch a bit longer than the one provided--I love the Cosmo Cricket De Lovely papers! I love love love that brad that I made [FIRST homemade brad EVER using Imaginisce's i*top!!!]--I used Unity's August 2010 KOTM bird background stamp, but only stamped one bird! I also drew lines around the brad to make it stand out. The background of the first square is the harlequin stamp from April's KOTM {Unity's Small Things Matter Most}. The crown and top sentiment are from Unity's Just Be You. I added a C to the crown for my friend's name. The cage is from Unity's Birdie Duet. And finally--the birthday sentiment is from Unity's To The Moon & Back set.
That's it for me today--but you are going to LOOOOOOVE seeing what the ATU DT gals created. We have some amazing guest this month: Renee', Beate, and Chris. So hop on over to their blogs and leave them some love!
Head on over to the All Things Unity blog for more details too--remember to link up before Saturday, April 30th-- you could win our monthly prize!!! Can't wait to see what you make:)
Thanks so much for stopping by! Hope you will join in the fun!! Be blessed;}
