The challenge is called MAKING A SPLASH (anything with water). So I used my SCRS Swimming Lucy image for this card. I also used my new Fancy Pants papers {available HERE from the RC}. I paper pieced everything and then fussy cut some sentiments from the patterned paper pad to add as extra. LOVE it! I think this card is perfect for SUMMER!
