Today we start another weekly challenge over at Paper Smooches SPARKS blog!! The third week of the month is always a Cool Shades challenge.
This week we are inspired by the following color story "Nature"
Yellow, Baby Blue, Teal, Light Green
I created this card to let my family know we are thinking about them and praying for peace during this difficult time. I knew I had papers that matched this color story perfectly and would allow me to highlight different colors with accents-- this paper is SUPER OLD! Like 6 or 7 years old but it matches perfectly! I used my Paper Smooches Woofers & Tweeters stamps set and coordinating dies {Woofers} along with a sentiment from the Word Up set. This is a very simple card-- not many layers or details.... I do love this card-- I just hate the reason I had to make it:(
That's it for me today--but be sure to stop by the other Paper Smooches SPARKS DT members' blogs and leave them some love.
And don't forget to stop by the Paper Smooches SPARKS blog for more details!!!! This challenge ends June 23rd. I cannot wait to see what you make--I just LOOOOOVE my Paper Smooches stamps. And I just got the June mid-month release-- oh! I cannot wait to use these dies!
THANKS so much for stopping by! Be blessed:}

ReplyDeleteSo sorry to hear about your SIL's dog! Pets are such important family members, and losing them is heart-wrenching! I had two miniature schnauzers and can empathize compeltely. Have you ever read the Rainbow Bridge dog poem (tissues required!!)? Your card is a gentle, thoughtful, heart-warming gift for your SIL's loss. A loving gesture from a most loving person: YOU!
