The first week of the month is always a TRENDS WATCH challenge.
This week we are inspired by the following photo:
I was worried that I didn't have any "lace" for this project and wanted to go shopping... but upon further inspection of my "craft store" in my closet (see THIS video for more info), I found two beautiful lace ribbons! HOOOOOOORAY that I actually had lace.... BOOOOOOOOOO to not being able to go shopping:)
I needed a birthday card for Trav's Gran, so I matched up some of these lace ribbons with my new 6x6 Pebbles Walnut Grove papers. LOOOOOVE how this turned out! I actually followed an OLD Paper Smooches sketch for this card. I used a pretty sentiment from the Paper Smooches Salutations set and then embossed the silhouette image from Pretty Momma on some corkboard. LOVE LOVE LOVE!
