Paper Smooches: September ANYTHING GOES challenge #2

Hello, friends:}

I'm back on the Paper Smooches blog sharing the Sunday Recap and a new creation for the September ANYTHING GOES challenge. 

I"ve made a simple little card for a special friend who is turning one this month. Assembly was easy: add washi tape to card base, stamp sentiment on punched circle and attach to card, stamp sentiment below washi tape, die cut number, outline number using a punch tool and then stitch around number! EASY! OH--- and add some silver splatters :) Supplies include the  PS Numbers dies and Birthday Bash and Digits stamps sets.
