Hello, friends:}
This photo made me think of SPRING! For my first card, I was inspired by the flowers and wreath. I search through my Paper Smooches stamps and found some that matched! I used flowers from the Friendly Flowers set for my design. The sentiment is from my new Eco-Friendly set. LOVE the simplicity of this card! And I think those flowers match PERFECTLY!
Each flower was stamped with Pumice Stone ink--I stamped it once on scrap paper to get a softer ink look.
I also tried to make the flowers look like some in the inspirational photo. I traced the flowers with a Sharpie to match the ones that had stitching...and I used gems and pearls for fun center embellies:)
For my second card...I was inspired by the white and soft pastel colors. I went a different route with this card. I decided to create a "fun/cute/clean/graphic" styled card! LOL! I stamped the sentiment with my Paper Smooches Alpha Dots set. **I also used a clear glaze pen over the ink so that it popped. The band-aid is from The Kismet Collection, Healthy Vibes. And the papers are from my new favorite paper pad-- Follow Your Heart: Be Happy, My Mind's Eye {available at the Ribbon Carousel}. LOOOOOOOOVE this card!
