2026: Pink & Main OCTOBER Release

Hello again, sweet friends!

Today is the Pink & Main October release! What a great set of goodies for this month- think snow, winter, and fun!!!! 
 
Here's what I created using this month's goodies! *I have a feeling I will be making even MORE using these foiling sheets and panels! I just love a good foiled image/design!!!! 
You can see in the photo above that I used the cover die to create a homemade stencil in which I used OVER the embossed design! SO FUN!
These little critters were colored using my NEW Ohuhu markers. I am still learning how to color... and I'm not sure on color combos yet (NOTHING I read about has the right color names for my markers)... but I like how they turned out. I love that winter sign too with the embossed snowflake! 
TIP: I used an exacto knife to cut the INSIDE of the notched square die cut- I just followed the inside of the die with the knife and created a custom frame:) 
I am in loooooooooove with how different each of my creations are! This NEW release from Pink & Main is PERFECT for just about any crafter, level, and for all the winter cards you need to make!

2026: Pastor Appreciation Month- Thank You [Card #267]

Hello again, sweet friends! 
October is Pastor Appreciation Month. 
 
Trav and I were not "pastors" but we stood in as ministry leaders for many years and know the hard work that goes on behind the scenes, throughout the week, and on Sunday. We know ministry work is hard work. We also know that all your work is for God and His kingdom... and that you might be appreciated... and that the job is thankless (or it's very rare to even get a "thank you!"). 

That's why we try to thank our pastors as much as we can. 

This card was custom made- mixing and matching different supplies. I wanted a water effect so I used Pink & Main water gems to create the background. I also wanted a school of fish referencing "fishers of men". To achieve the fish look I took a school of fish stencil and used white ink. I love that the fish are subtle! And then I die cut and embossed different sentiments to finish the design. 

A simple thank you that will go a long way and hopefully bring joy to our pastor's heart!

2026: Happy Birthday, Michelle- Pink & Main!

Hello, sweet friends! We are celebrating Michelle from Pink & Main today- it's her birthday!!!
I wanted to make her a special birthday card so I pulled out loads of Pink & Main goodies (supply list below) and my pink inks (her favorite color!)!!! 
I was worried about coloring so many different critters... but I love how each kitty turned out! And that cute little mouse is adorable too! The only issue... I literally just noticed that the kitty's shirt and the present are not TEAL in the photos! Somehow the photo editing has made them GRAY! OY🤦🏼‍♀️ I've already sent this card so I can't retake the photos.

2026: A Special Cow Birthday Card [Card #233]

Hey, friends! 
I haven't been able to share this card because the recipient hasn't received it 🤦🏼‍♀️ I made this card back at the beginning of August for my friend's birthday- she loooooooooves highland cows; even went to Scotland to see some! 
 
So if I made this in August... why hasn't she received it? 

Well... I've been ill and missed her at church the last 4-5 weeks 🤦🏼‍♀️ 

So here we are... I'm sharing it anyway because at this rate... will she even get it, by face-to-face contact or through the mail?! My hope is yes... but we will see:) 
A few details about this card design: the background has a foiled print by Erin Lee Creative- it's foiled in iridescent foil! It's soooooooooo pretty; the cow image was made using kraft paper and acrylic markers (I saw a painting of a cow like this so I thought I would do it with paper); the sentiment is from Pink & Main (this P&M set has super cute highland cow images!!!). 
 
That's it for me today. I looooooooooooove how this card turned out... I hope my friend loves it too (even if it is a month late!)!!!

2026: STAMPtember Exclusive with Pink & Main

Hello again, sweet friends! 
Today is a SPECIAL day because I'm joining in the FUN with Simon Says Stamp's STAMPtember and their exclusive collabe with Pink & Main!!! 
Check out this SUPER cute sweater stamp/die set by P&M!!! I love how these sweaters are all different and can be used for the holiday cards (which I'm very behind in making!)!!! 
 
I decided to make some sweater tags using this exclusive set. Are these not the CUTEST treat box tags!?!?! 
I am a newbie to coloring (probably will be for my life! LOL!)... but I am really impressed with how these lightbulbs turned out! I colored each one with an alcohol marker and then outlined it with a colored pencil! So fun!!!!

2026: Holiday Card with TapeRunner [Card #248-249]

Hello again, sweet friends! 
I started working on my holiday cards the other day... well I made TWO holiday cards using this design because the background made a twofer [just reversed]😂

I love using my TapeRunner adhesives on my cardbases (you might know that info based on all my posts when I talk about it... and from THIS post)! I usually add TR adhesive to the top, bottom, and both sides to adhere my cardstock/patterned papers/panels. However, for a diagonal background I add just a bit extra in the center and down the diagonal of each piece of paper!
TIP: For a diagonal background I add EXTRA adhesive down the diagonal on both pieces of paper/panels. This helps keep the bond strong to the cardbase. 
I love how this card turned out- it's modern and has fun colors! Let's see if I can make 100+ more holiday cards before November!!! I'll keep you posted🙃 **NOTE: I don't use the same card design twice unless it creates a twofer. So I have at least 100 MORE holiday card designs to make! YIKES! I better get started!!

2026: Pink & Main AUGUST Release

Hello, friends!  

It's time for another FABULOUS release from Pink & Main! 

This month's release is full of fall and autumn colors, cute critters, fall themed stamps/dies, and even some Halloween goodies! 

I played with the new foil and embossing powder the most! I loved the colors- mauve and orange! SOOOOOOOOOO pretty! 
 
Here's what I created this month:

2026: Mom's Birthday Card [Card #211]

Hello, sweet friends, and HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my MOM!!!!! 
My mom's birthday was actually Monday this week... but I couldn't post this until I knew for sure she had received this card! 
This is actually the third [or actually the fourth card] I started for Mom's card design. I had sooooooooooo many ideas and none were working. I wanted this birthday card to be PERFECT! My Mom loves flowers... and yellow... and I think I finally found the design that works best using these supplies [which I mix-matched!]!!! What do you think? Is this PERFECT for my Mom?

2026: Pink & Main Monthly Challenge [Card #210]

Hello, friends! 
I'm joining in the FUN with the Pink & Main Monthly challenge. We were challenged to create something SHINY 🤩 

Well... if you know me... then shiny = FOILING! So I pulled out some P&M foiling goodies and created this card.   
EVERYTHING on this card is foiled- the background panel, the flower panel, the flowers, and the sentiment. The only thing I didn't foil and colored was the light green background behind the flower images. 
 
If you look closely, I layered the flowers... #secret: I messed up and my custom cheerfoil cuts moved so I had to redo the flowers:) LOL I think it turned out great in the end! 
 
I looooooooooooove the colors and this design! And it's sooooooooooooo shiny in person- be sure to stop by my IG for a quick reel of how this shines in the light (I'll be posting it later today!)!!!!

2026: A Custom Card for Trav's Co-Worker [Card #213]

Hello, everyone! 
Trav came home the other day and said that one of his techs was leaving this week to move onto dental school. I knew immediately that she needed a custom card! 
You can't see it... but there is some SHINE on this card! I used all Paper Smooches stamps/dies with my Pink & Main Mini Minc machine, Cheerfoil, and Twinkle inks (which is where all the SHINE comes from!)!!! 

I love how this turned out. Trav was pretty impressed as well! And I think his tech liked it too! WIN WIN WIN!

2026: Welcome Baby Rabbit [Card #202]

Hello again, sweet friends! 
Trav went to the dentist the other day (I go in a week). When he came home, he was telling me that his hygienist was pregnant and having a girl. This lead me down lots of different questions: 
  • Boy or girl: girl
  • Are they decorating the nursery? Light green so they can use it for all their children in the future; they will also be using the Velveteen Rabbit as a theme. 

Well... I couldn't help myself and told him I would make a card and bunny teether to give her when I visit! 

So I got to work pulling out all my rabbit stamps/dies and baby sentiments for a custom baby card. I mixed and matched between Pink & Main, the Colorado Craft Co., and The Stamp Market! I think it turned out super cute!
I also worked in the sewing room- GASP! I know! I had the perfect fabric for her teether- it's a cream and brown bunny design. It reminds me of the Velveteen Rabbit or Peter Rabbit, which I thought would work perfectly! Only problem... you can't see the design when it's put together 🤦🏼‍♀️ LOL!  ABC
