2026: 20 Years- I've Come PAR [Card #162]

Hello, everyone! 

I've got 2 truths and a lie for this card today:

1. TapeRunner adhesive made this card EASY to make ✅ I LOVE my TR adhesive! I use it for EVERY project!!!!
2. I LOVE to make custom foiling pieces using my Pink & Main Mini Minc and Cheerfoil (I actually used some leftover foiling from another custom golf card I created for Trav earlier this year!) ✅ I guess that’s another truth- I LOVE using scraps or making twofer cards ✅
3. I started playing golf this year ❌

Ok- that last one is a lie… I’m Trav’s caddie! It only took me 20 years to get interested in golf 😉

We celebrated 20 years of engagement last week [Trav proposed on June 14, 2006- it’s a fun story! Someday day I will share it.]. I’ve had this card planned for awhile, but I was too ill to create it last week. Better late than never… and I guess that goes with me liking golf too😊

2026: Trav's 46th birthday- MORE greens and irons

Hello again, sweet friends! 

We celebrated Trav's 46th birthday last week and this was his card that I created. 

I wanted a CAS card... but one that had a whole bunch of greens on it. I also wanted a sentiment that was true for his age but also for golf. 

I think this turned out AWESOME! Trav even pointed out that there are 18 greens on the card (if you count even the little slivers at the top! LOL! I must know what I am doing when it comes to golf! LOL!).

2022: Catching Up [card #??]

Hello again, sweet friends! 

I hope you all are doing well:) While it’s been a a month or two since I’ve blogged… I’ve been in the craft room regularly and still creating! The last card I posted was 2022.063 and now I’m up to 2022.110!! I’ve got A LOT to share. 🙃

I started a self challenge a year or so ago where I would try to use up the supplies in my stash for each creation. I love this challenge because I tend to hoard the embellishments or patterned papers. I also forget why I buy certain stamps or dies if I don’t use them right away; my inspiration fades with time. I have embraced this challenge again (while still buying new stuff too! LOL!) and created a few cards since I blogged last. Enjoy them all!

A special birthday card to celebrate a neighbor

Custom anniversary card— wasn’t sure which color she wanted for the background so I made two:) 

A friend lost his 14 year old pup and that required a special sympathy card

Trav needed a special birthday card for a neighbor who loves to golf… of course I had to make a pun:)
