Paper Smooches SPARKS August Designer Drafts challenge

Hello, friends:}

Today we start another weekly challenge over at Paper Smooches SPARKS blog!! The second week of the month is always a DESIGNER DRAFT challenge.

This week we are inspired by this sketch:
I created 3 cards--but I'm only sharing two today!

For my first card, I use the vertical sketch as my inspiration. I used lots of Bazzill cardstock {available HERE from the Ribbon Carousel}. I also used several Paper Smooches stamps {Squeaky Clean, Eco Friendly, Hubby and Wifey, and Swanky Snowdudes}. LOVE how this turned out!
I used the vertical sketch for my second card. I used my new Paper Smooches Daisies & Paisleys stamp set along with Pip Squeaks and Hang Ups. I also used my new My Mind's Eye Honey papers {available HERE from the RC}. LOVE!!!! Super fun!
Those birdies silhouettes are created by stamping and then filling in the image with a glaze pen.
That's it for me today--but be sure to stop by the other Paper Smooches SPARKS DT members' blogs and leave them some love.

And don't forget to stop by the Paper Smooches SPARKS blog for more details. This challenge ends August 19th. I cannot wait to see what you make--I just LOOOOOVE my Paper Smooches stamps!!!

And don't forget to stop by later this week....I'll be sharing my third card for this sketch {FYI::: I flipped the horizontal sketch!}. Here's a sneak!
THANKS so much for stopping by! Be blessed:}

Sandwich bags and utensil holders with Whisker Graphics

Hello, friends:}

Today I'm sharing my Whisker Graphics creation that is featured on the WG blog-- you can read about this creation over on the WG blog HERE.

I just love my bitty bags from Whisker Graphics!!! I was thinking about the sizes and different ways to use these bitty bags. I decided to make some picnic goodies for when Trav and I head to the beach this weekend:) I used the litte bitty bags to hold silverware, napkins, and a straw (I also placed a small note inside Trav's package!). The Middy Bitty Bags are the perfect size for a sub from Publix. I love how these turned out!!
You could use these bags for just about any party-- use primary colors for a child's bday party, use one color for a bridal/baby shower, use a different colored bitty bags for each sandwich (ham is in green, turkey in blue, chicken in yellow, etc.), or use just the kraft bitty bags and stamp a sweet message on the front for literally any party:)
Trav and I have different colored bags--that way I know which sandwich is his!

That's it for me today! Be sure to stop by the Whisker Graphics blog for more inspiration. And stop by their shop too!!

Thanks for stopping by! Be blessed:}

Hello, friends:}
Today we start another weekly challenge over at Paper Smooches SPARKS blog!! The first week of the month is always a TRENDS WATCH challenge.

This week we are inspired by the following photo:
I knew I wanted to use the Paper Smooches Get Outta Town stamps for this challenge--they are PERFECT for "Travelicious"! I created a fun design using my Heidi Swapp No Limit papers. I also used my PS Buckaroo and Smarty Pants stamps for the sentiment.  LOOOOOOOOVE this card! I can't decide if I'm going to give this to a grad or to someone starting a new career/etc. LOVE it either way:)
You can see the glossy pen on the stamped letters and the Fancy Pants Designs shiny alpha stickers!

That's it for me today--but be sure to stop by the other Paper Smooches SPARKS DT members' blogs and leave them some love.
