2024: Pink & Main Warm Wishes & Puppy Kisses [card #254]

Hello again, sweet friends! 

2024 has started out super fun because I've been asked to join the Pink & Main Design Team for this year's first term! I'm so excited!

I used several techniques for my first card: extending stamps/dies, reveal flap card design for a fun surprise, and I colored my FIRST P&M image! I started a new series Savannah Learns to Color!!!! Here's a sneak peak of my card- click to the blog post HERE to see what's under that snowdrift!!!

Reverse Confetti: Thanksgiving Card (a bit late)

Hello, friends:}

I knew I had created another card for Thanksgiving.... but totally forgot about it until NOW! LOL! I am featuring some  Reverse Confetti stamps and dies. 


This is a VERY simple card-- I needed a thank you card for a friend of ours, and he is very kind/simple... this card is PERFECT for him! 

I used the new RC Tag Me die along with the RC Forever Fall stamp set. I paired that sentiment up with some silverware rub-ons and the Basic Grey Persimmon papers. I finished the card off with some May Arts Ribbon burlap twine. 

See? I had Thanksgiving on my brain for this card--- and totally forgot to post it! LOL! 

Now I know this card is simple... but there is detail in that banner! I actually extended the RC Tag Me banner die by using an embossing mat (and following THIS video).

EXTRA: Virtual Smooches video

Today I share another quick start-to-finish video featuring my Sympathy card for the Paper Smooches SPARKS Anything Goes challenge. I used THIS VS video for extending my Flag Tag banner die. LOOOOOVE this card so much-- it's perfect  for my friend, Joy!

Paper Smooches SPARKS Dec. Anything Goes challenge {post2}

Hello, friends:}

Today we start another weekly challenge over at Paper Smooches SPARKS blog!! Starting with this NEW term, we are changing up the challenges a bit! We've thrown in a couple of extra Anything Goes challenge-- and it starts this week:)   

That's right--you get to create ANYTHING you want (as long as you use Paper Smooches stamps)!! This is the BEST challenge ever!!! 

I unfortunately needed a sympathy card for yesterday and used this for my PSS Anything Goes creation. I actually created a video for this card and will share it on the Virtual Smooches blog on Monday! 

The papers are from the Crate Paper On Trend collection. I used a technique that I shared in THIS video to extend and make the Paper Smooches Flag Tags die a bit larger. I also used the PS Butterflies2 dies and the Sentiment Sampler stamp set for this card. It might be a bit simple, but it was PERFECT for my dear friend Joy and her family during this difficult time.
