PDCC #48

Hello, friends;}

Today is such a great day!! We start another fun color combo over at The Play Date Cafe. And just a side note--oh my! I just loved looking at all the creations from last week! WOW! So impressed with your wonderful projects!! Thanks for playing along with us.

This week we have a beautiful photo inspiration. The colors are dark purple, lime green, and grey. I love it! Love those lockers on the wall! I want some:} Our sponsor this week is Crafty Individuals. So many fun images and stamps! The PDCC DT was lucky enough to score a set to play with. My stamp set had four squares with butterflies. Of course, I picked stamps with butterflies! LOVE it:} My picture doesn't show the background cardstock well--it's grey not lavender. I love how this mini card turned out. I just love mini cards in general!!
That's it for me today--but be sure to stop by all the other Play Date Cafe DT members' blogs for some more crafty inspiration. So beautiful!!

Just lovely Sav! Wonderful stitching...you're pretty brave to attempt that...it was definitely worth it! How about the fact that we both picked out the same stamp set? Great minds think alike...

Hi Savannah~

Such a great card for such a fun challenge! This is the first time I missed the challenge since I started going. I love it! It's so much fun to push the envie!

I love your card. Butterflies are the best, aren't they? I love their wings being perched up...and the shadows underneath. Great effect.

I was wondering if you would post the Blog Candy Extravaganza at the He IS Able blog on your super blog! It is worth a lot of entries! Come check it out!

Hi Savannah,

What a pretty card!! I love the squares and the stitching!! And you can see the flowers are very pretty! Beautiful stamps as well, great work! Too bad you weren't able to meet your friend for her 50 birthday this week, but I'm sure you'll find a way soon and I love you both like the saying 'You are right where you should be'! Ha, well, I guess I wasn't meant to be in Spain right now! I planned to, but a strike in France messed it up and now we have to wait... Guess I just should be here at home a bit longer! Hope you're well! All the best to you and thanks for showing this pretty pretty card!!

Hugs, Wendy
