Today is a FABULOUS day!! I cannot wait to share my creation with you...but first....today is the Sweet Stamp Shop Grand Opening Blog Hop!! Today is fabulous because of the hop--but also because I get to share a project I've been working on for the past week! I looooooove it! I wanted to share something BIG for the SSS blog hop, so I made my very first TUTORIAL! ACK:) I used my SSS Gnomies, Hello Beautiful, Melvin & Vernie, and Scootin' By stamp sets. My project is a puppet theatre.

Growing In Unity Day 6- FWF

Hello, friends:}

I've got lots to share...first up....It's my week of Growing in Unity!! Be sure to stop by each day {April 17-23} and leave some love for your chance to win several prizes!! Become a follower for an extra entry!! Gotta love prizes!! 

Ok--so it's FWF over on the Unity blog!! Love hopping around and checking out what beautiful creations everyone has to share!! And today is a special day because it is EARTH DAY!! Last year I made a super cute tag HERE...and this year I made another super cute tag. I already featured it on my blog because I made it for The Play Date Cafe challenge--but because I loved it so much....I'm sharing it again!

And because I was on a kick of entering challenges....I made this next card for the Get Sketchy and CARDS {sentiment} challenges. I went a bit overboard--I know! But I think it looks good! I love the Unity ledger stamp in the background! I also love the flower [Unity To The Moon & Back] stamped several times. I also incorporated that little square from Unity's Oct. 2010 Take Time To Laugh KOTM--it's got birds in it, which makes this card perfect for Unity's Monthly challenge! And I used the picture frames stamp for the frame on the right side [Unity's Picture Perfect]. The heart can be found in the set To The Moon & Back. WHEW--that was a lot of mixing and matching for this card! LOVE LOVE LOVE how this turned out! 

And I have to share--I'm in the new May/June 2011 Paper Crafts magazine! I'm quoted in the front for their Facebook Feedback and my card is featured on page 36 [sneak peek to the right]!! I used Unity's Learning (Year by Year) ruler, star, and sentiment. I also used Ippity's sentiment from Just Wanted To Say. Super cute! I had a friend from Michael's take a pic of me holding the magazine. After taking the pic...I noticed that I was also featured in the magazine to the left!! LOVE it!! Never gets old--I'm always amazed when I see my creations in print!!
