PDCC #51

Hello, friends:}

It's a great day over on The Play Date Cafe blog!! Another challenge is underway--and you are going to love these colors! Our call for design team members is also up--so head over HERE if you would like to join the team:}
This week's sponsor is Creative Cuts and More!! Creative Cuts has so many awesome boxes, purses, cards, frames, and MORE! They even have velvet paper! LOVE it! They have graciously provided this awesome  prize package to one of our lucky players!!
Our color story is from Sarah--beige, mint green, baby blue. LOVE it! And I love that Creative Cuts provided the DT with some fun boxes and cards to play with. For my first box, I made a "feel better" present. I was thinking that it would be fun to put some chocolate in this box (like a Ghirardelli square or mini bar) and give it to someone who is under the weather. I love this Unity Heart Times set--love that kleenex coming out of the tissue box! I had the perfect paper to match the mint green...and that floss on the raffia bow was also a perfect match! LOVE when that happens:}
This next box was a bit bigger...and I was wondering what I would put in it. I thought that maybe I would give it to our new neighbor for a housewarming gift. I was thinking of putting a keychain for their new house key in it--it's the perfect size for those fabric key fobs or chains! LOVE it:) I used my Unity July KOTM house stamp with my Ippity Simply Home sentiment. LOVE how this turned out.
That's all for me today--but be sure to stop by all the other PDCC DT members' blogs--WOW! You won't believe how they transformed these boxes and cards! WOW

Savannah O'Gwynn {that's me!}

Remember:: The Play Date Cafe challenge ends on Tuesday, October 19th at 11:59pm!! Be sure to link up your creations!

Thanks so much for stopping by! Love working on the PDCC!! Just love love love this team! And I love seeing what you make with our color stories--Thanks for playing along and sharing your talents with us! Be blessed:}

LOVE your projects, fantastic job! I really like the idea of using the second one as a housewarming gift and what a great idea to use the tissue box on a box. Must try that with my stamps! Love it!
