Growing In Unity Day #3

Hello, friends:}

It's my week of Growing in Unity!! Be sure to stop by each day {April 17-23} and leave some love for your chance to win several prizes!! Become a follower for an extra entry!! Gotta love prizes!!

Today I thought I would go simple...so I have a couple of projects that were really CAS! I normally do not do this style--I'm always wanting more on my creations...but I thought going simple would be fun!

My first creation was made for the Moxie Fab Trigger Tuesday--although, I was late. I didn't know I had to submit by Sunday! LOL! Oh well. As soon as I saw that frame...I knew I wanted to make an inspirational frame. I just stamped a simple sentiment {Ippity Faith Blooms} and will change this sentiment when I need another inspiration. I have to admit--it was killing me NOT to add a butterfly or gem or bow...but I thought it would be best if I kept it simple. Doesn't this frame look exactly like that mirror??? LOVE it!
I am so not CAS--and I think I am going to add a butterfly (teal) to the side of "eyes"...I just love 3D images or extra embellies...I think this frame needs something...but then again, it's a CAS post...I'll keep you posted on what I do:)

I also made this fun CAS birthday card for a friend--her bday is Saturday! I wanted something simple, since I was running out of time before this card had to go in the mail. I knew I wanted to use my new Bo Bunny Ad Lib papers....and this was the perfect match! I am entering this into Unity's monthly challenge [birds]. I used my Unity speech bubble {Tell Me More}, a birdie {Spring Unity}, sentiments {To The Moon & Back, Small Things Matter Most}. LOVE this card! I hope my friend does--actually a CAS card is perfect for her, since she is a co-leader/founder of CAS-ual Fridays!!
I also made this fun and MAJOR easy card. I used a ton of Crate Paper [Brooke Collection] embellies and stamped the Unity ledger behind in white ink. LOVE how this friendship card turned out. Now this card was different than CAS--it was simple because I didn't do much! Just stamped and added embellies:) So I guess that is just S--for simple! LOL!
That's it for me today. THANKS so much for stopping by and leaving some love! Your comments make me smile--and they enter you in this week's giveaways! I've got a couple of prize packages, as well as a Unity stamp set, to give away! If you haven't stopped by HERE or HERE --do so and leave some love for your chance to win!!

Thanks again for stopping by! Be blessed:}

Amazing that the frame is an exact copy of the trigger one! Where on earth did you find it? And YES, it needs a turquoise butterfly!

Love your CAS card, what a contrast with your last one, but each perfect in it's own way.

I just stopped by to say Hi and thanks for the comment and boy what a supprise. I love the frame, but even to my CAS mind, I think you should add the butterfly or a bow. It took me reading through more of you blog to figure out the Ippity and Unity thing. I will have to get me some stamps so I can participate in more challenges. Thanks for the insperation and I will be stopping by often.

Even if you added just one butterfly to the frame, I think it would still be CAS, because there wouldn't be an embellie overload. I *love* that second card! SO pretty (and pink!)
Everything you make is always fabulous!

Great projects! I love the frame, and a butterfly would look great as a bit of an embellishment... simple, and would not detract from it.
