I'm back with another Sweet Stamp Shop card. I am super excited about these stamps! Super cute images--easy to use--and fun to paper piece! The perfect recipe for amazing creations:) This time I inked up my Old School Rock set!
I needed a card for someone in October--and they LOVE music (just like me)!! The Old School Rock stamp set was perfect! I tried to make the background look like the volume control--if you get too loud it turns red. LOVE how this turned out.And because I wanted to do something extra clever--I tried to make an old cassette tape case from a transparency. I remember back in the day when they were black with a clear top or clear all around...or even colored...mine is just clear. It is a gift card holder posing as a cassette tape case:) I did stamp the cassette image and make it retro (Trav said it was!). LOVE how the sentiment is stamped on the top like the name of the cassette! I had a blast inking this set up!
That's it for me today--be sure to stop by the Sweet Stamp Shop blog for more info on this card and to see what the owner of SSS, Nicole, has been up to! And if you have some extra time, please stop by our YouTube channel (I added a crafty tip video last week), our FB page, follow us on Twitter and link up any creations you have made using SSS images on Flickr.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Be blessed:) Happy Labor Day!!!!!
