Paper Smooches: July SUMMER challenge #3

Hello, friends:}

I'm back with my third Paper Smooches July challenge project:) You can check it out on the PS blog HERE!

I was inpisred by THIS layout from 2014- I tried to recreate the waves (using the PS Waves die), and then I used the PS Power Rays die for the sun rays. I finished this card off with some hearts and a sentiment from the NEW Summer Sampler set. This really was a quick card to make- and it's perfect for just saying "HI" or sending birthday wishes! I LOVE IT!
