Today I'm sharing a tutorial on how to create a shaker card using water instead of sequins! The secret supply item: small jewelry baggies!!! These are simple to make (although in the video I completely mess up 2-3 times! LOL! "Live" videos make me nervous and forgetful!)!

That is such a great card. Not sure how the USPS will handle that. But you have given me a great idea. Use those bags instead of making your own with the fuse tool. You could tape the back down to the shape you need. They come in several sizes. Then fill with whatever!
