H{ippity} Hop....and a special card for my brother

Hello, friends:}

It's Monday...which means it's time for the H{ippity} Hop over on the Ippity blog! Be sure to start at the top...and check out all the great creations!

I'm starting my hop with a special card that I made for my brother, Carrel. He owns Hoover Construction and is working on a hard New Year's Resolution. I'm so proud that he has kept his promise--since Jan. 1! He is also working on an addition to his farm house. So I used the house stamp from the Simply Home set to make this card--this house was perfect for a blueprint type of card! **NOTE:: I have used AutoCAD way back in 2000 when I worked for The Braun Corporation. I remember just a bit of the program...but not a much...so I tried to make this drawing as accurate as possible! And there is only so much you can put on a 4x5 card:}
My other cards are ones that I created for the Ippity challenge. We were to add glitz or bling!! That sounds easy...but I had to think about it because I don't normally add anything to my cards. I am pleased with each card turnout! OH--as promised on the SCS gallery...I took better pics of the cards! They still aren't the greatest...but I'm working on it!
The sequins was a gift from my mom! Thanks, MOM:} Ippity stamps used: Simply Home
I can't wait to give this to my friend, Jordan! She is amazing--a GREAT singer and piano player! Ippity Stamps used: Just Wanted to Say
Stamps used: Just Wanted to Say, Because of You

Be sure to stop by all the other gals' blogs for inspiration. You can also check out all my Unity/Ippity creations HERE or HERE**NOTE:: I sell Ippity...website coming soon!

I hope that you are enjoying your Monday--Happy Martin Luther King Day!! Thanks so much for stopping by--love our visits!
Until next time~
Love, Sav

That card you made for your brother is fantastic! Looks like you remember a lot more AutoCAD than you give yourself credit for.

You have so many great ideas for cards! It's a good thing you are taking it full time instead of just working it part-time! Loved Carrel's card!!! Totally awesome!
