Happy birthday....SUE!!

Today is a special day....it's Sue's [from The Play Date Cafe] birthday! Happy happy birthday, Sue! May your day be filled with fun, laughter, family, love, and crafting goodies or time in the studio:} And I just have to add that Sue sent me the most beautiful card the other day--it was even featured on the Ippity blog for "Sunday Favs"!! And speaking of birthdays...I forgot to share with you three cards that I received for my birthday. These cards were created by another PDCC DT:: Ruby and her daughter, Tinks! I just love these cards. All of them are different sizes and full of fun and details. I just love that feather on the last card (Tinks added that! LOVE LOVE LOVE it!).

FWF {july 30} LOTS to share...giveaway!

Hello, friends and friends with FLAIR!!

So fun to share with you my creations using my FAV stamps!! I just love Fridays--UNITY!! My first card was created for the FWF 35 challenge. The pic to the left is our inspiration--I was inspired by the teal, read, and music notes. I used my Unity music background stamp with Fired Brick distress ink. I just love that look! Then I stamped my owl and branch {Unity's What a Hoot! stamp set} on several papers to paper piece it [which makes this card an entry for both Wee Memories (stamping) and ABC Design Blog (paper piecing) challenges]. I used my new Thicker letters....LOOOOOOOVE it! I really do:} I even used glossy accents around the eyes and on the leaves for extra dimension!! LOVE it again! I think this will fit well in Moxie Fab's Let's Do Fun & Cute challenge. 

My next card was created like a month ago! I can never EVER hold a card that long! But I had to this time! This card was created for the Card Positioning Systems sketch. I was asked if I wanted to be a part of their Facebook Friday!! So I'm featured over there today:) HOOOOOORAY! I used my new paper kit from Lucky Girl Crafts and my Ippity Book A Flutter butterfly and A Moment In Time {tag} stamps. I just love the way this card turned out! Super cute! LOVE IT! I'm entering this into Moxie Fab's Let's Do Fun & Cute challenge. 

This next card was created for the Wee Memories (stamping) and Unity Addicts (no patterned paper) challenge. I just love this new store kit by Unity {Key To Joy} ! I used two inks for the sentiment--so simple! LOVE IT!

This next card was created Moxie Fab's Let's Do Clean & Graphic challenge, but also for my brother and his wife::: LEANDER & JAMIE! It's their anniversary today!!! I used the same sentiment as my last card {Unity's Key To Joy}. I also used my Bella Blvd. papers. So simple and fun! Leo/Jamie's wedding colors were pink and orange--so I wanted to pull that out for their anniversary card!

I don't have a card to share today--but I have about six waiting for the end of the week! LOVE them! 

I just wanted to pop on and let you know about a site that I just love to visit. Traci is a great {new} friend who put together a blog, He Is Able, to share the good news of Jesus and to bless others with free cards. I actually won this one--how fun is that?!! Love it! All you have to do is stop by and leave a comment. 

As for me...I didn't want to keep the card for myself. I had Traci send it to a friend's sister who is in the hospital. I know most of you know that I love my Savior--and that I want to share His love....and that is what I hope I convey as I share my cards/talents. I am nothing without Him! He Is Able is a fabulous site that encourage and uplifts you! I love reading Traci's posts--she always puts scripture in there and shares her story. What a blessing!
