Paper Smooches SPARKS October Designer Drafts challenge

Hello, friends:}

Today we start our last weekly challenge over at Paper Smooches SPARKS blog!! This week we are sharing a DESIGNER DRAFT challenge.

This week we are inspired by the following sketch:
**Sentiments can be placed anywhere on the sketch.

Because this is our last sketch challenge... I decided to be ME! I changed this sketch again, but I think you will see how it inspired me;)
I used several PS stamps and dies for this card including the Paper Smooches Lots of Love, SmoocheroosUpliftersWord Bubbles diesLove & Cherish dies, and the Ornaments dies dies. I just love these Studio Calico papers (from like a year ago--- Here + There)! I thought they would be perfect for an anniversary card for Trav. I'm hoping to sneak this in my suitcase so that I can give it to him while we are in Paris for our anniversary:) Hopefully he doesn't see it beforehand!
That's it for me today--but be sure to stop by the other Paper Smooches SPARKS DT members' blogs, get inspired, and leave them some love****NOTE: Today is this PSS DT group's last week sharing creations! THANK YOU so much to the team for making my job fun and easy! Many blessings to you ❤️ LOVE LOVE LOVE YOU all so much! *******NOTE: this week is the LAST week for the PSS challenges! I will be joining in the fun for the PS monthly challenges NEXT week! Paper Smooches SPARKS: March Anything Goes (wk1) challenge

Hello, friends:}
Today we start another weekly challenge over at Paper Smooches SPARKS blog!! Another Anything Goes challenge starts today!
That's right--you get to create ANYTHING you want (as long as you use Paper Smooches stamps)!! This is the BEST challenge ever!!!
This is a CAS masculine birthday card... not saying who it's for:) ***I'm doing my BEST NOT to show Trav this card before his bday next week! I didn't even show him this card yet! Now that's super hard for me- I can't keep secrets! LOL!

I used some older papers {so this card fits in the Sav Challenges!!!} from Basic Grey along with some cork embellishments from Studio Calico. I stamped the male figure from the PS Off the Charts set and die cut the sentiment using the PS Sassy Letters. I like how the letters for the first two words are the same paper--- I die cut them thinking I would take them out and use a different paper behind, but I liked the way it looked:) To finish, I splattered some IMAGINE Crafts irRESISTible textured spray. LOVE

I used the Paper Smooches Christmas Words 2 and Snowflakes dies to create this CAS holiday card. The papers are from an OLD Doodlebug pad. The sequins is from Pretty Pink Posh. Super simple-- LOVE it!

That's it for me today--but be sure to stop by the other Paper Smooches SPARKS DT members' blogs and leave them some love

And don't forget to stop by the Paper Smooches SPARKS blog for more details. This challenge ends March 7th. Hope you join in the fun--- this is the EASIEST challenge ever!!!!!!!!

THANKS so much for stopping by! Be blessed:}

Paper Smooches SPARKS November Picture Perfect challenge

Hello, friends:}
Today we start another weekly challenge over at Paper Smooches SPARKS blog!! This week is a Picture Perfect challenge.

This week we are inspired by the following picture:

Ever since Kim sent me this file, I've been thinking about how I will be inspired--- the colors, the woodgrain, the sentiment about home... and then I got an AWESOME idea last night!

I've created this card for TRAV---- I hope he's not reading this blog post! Monday, Nov. 10th is our 8th anniversary! I can't even believe it! My "home" is literally where he is. I knew that sentiment would make a perfect anniversary card- and I was inspired by 2 out of the three ideas (woodgrain and home/sentiment)! LOVE it!

I used the PS Bitty Bungalow for the home, and then I mixed and matched some of the Documented dies for the word "home". I also used the PS Hearts, Gift Tags, and Kudos Words dies.

That's it for me today--but be sure to stop by the other Paper Smooches SPARKS DT members' blogs, get inspired, and leave them some love.

And don't forget to stop by the Paper Smooches SPARKS blog for more details!!!! This challenge ends November 15th. I cannot wait to see what you make!!!

Reverse Confetti: Quirky Cuties Hop (a bit late)

Hello, friends:}

Last week, the RC crew had a hop using some of the Quirky Cuties images.... and I'm FINALLY joining in the fun! LOL! I'm a bit late but you can click HERE to check out the entire hop:)

I am joining in the fun with my challenge as well--- DING! I needed another masculine birthday card! Unfortunately, I didn't use any product from my stash- LOL! These papers are from the Becky Higgins Project Life Jade edition. PERFECT for this card!
I used the NEW RC Rocky Raccoon image for this fun card. The sentiment is a mix match from the NEW RC Fresh 'n Fruity and You Make Me Smile sets. I also added some triangles at the bottom (to highlight our friend's birthday) using the Paper Crane set. LOVE LOVE LOVE how this turned out!

That's it for me today! Be sure to stop by the Reverse Confetti blog for more inspiration and details!

Thanks for stopping by! Be blessed:}

IMAGINE Crafts: Modern Word Art RECAP

Today I'm sharing a recap of my project over on the Imagine Crafts blog. Click HERE or HERE to check it out:) Click HERE for the video on Vimeo

****Be sure to change your settings to HD before watching this video! THANKS:)
I used a Tsukineko Radiant Neon pigment inks to create some birthday cards! I was inspired by a photo that Trav took while on a cruise to the Bahamas. I really like those words at the bottom of the dock--- some are overlapped and there are some words you can read. LOVE it!

I also used some Paper Smooches stamps and dies for these cards. LOOOOOVE that both of these cards can be used for just about anyone's birthday! SUPER FUN!

Here's the card that I made in the video-- more PS stamps/dies and papers from Studio Calico. LOOOOOOOOOOOVE

I hope that you will stop over on the Imagine Crafts blog HERE to check out my video or leave some love

Confetti Camera RECAP

ButtonHello, friends:}

Thursday was my day to share a Confetti Camera creation on the Reverse Confetti blog
I paired together the Reverse Confetti Christmas Set {Bring on the Merry} with the NEW You Make Me Smile release for this super easy card!

Here's the video:
***Be sure to change your settings to HD before watching! THANKS!!!

Here are couple of things that I LOVE about mixing and matching my RC stamps and dies:
  • RC has lots of different fonts with each set and with different sentiments
  • You can mix and match fonts or pair two similar designs
  • Holiday stamp sets work for non-traditional and any occasion cards/creations
  • RC stamps line up together on a stamp press so you can stamp all sentiments and images at once
I hope that you enjoyed my video and that the Reverse Confetti Confetti Crew has inspired you to mix and match your stamp sets for a unique sentiment or creation!

That's it for me today! Be sure to stop by the Reverse Confetti blog for links to my videos. And stop by the RC Facebook page and "like" us!!

Thanks for stopping by! Be blessed:}
