Paper Smooches SPARKS Anything Goes challenge

Hello, friends:}
Today we start another weekly challenge over at Paper Smooches SPARKS blog!! This is a NEW challenge that is starting every 5th week of the month. This week our challenge theme is ANYTHING GOES!!!
That's right--you get to create ANYTHING you want (as long as you use Paper Smooches stamps)!! This is the BEST challenge ever!!!

I am sharing a card that I absolutely looooooooove! I submitted it about three months ago for a publication call but it wasn't picked up-- and I think I know why! The cup at the bottom isn't "tall"!!!! I ran out of room! What's a girl gonna do??? And plus, I don't drink coffee.... so that didn't help that I was creating a card about it and got my facts wrong! LOL!

I used five different Paper Smooches stamp sets {including Cyber Cafe, We Connect, FOLKal Points, Hang Ups, and Alphadot} plus the coordinating die for the ampersand. LOOOOVE! I used some Studio Calico Yearbook papers and alphas for this card-- and I think they match perfectly! LOVE x10000!
This card is supposed to read "tall, dark, and perfect in the morning.... COFFEE"--- but I had to split the sentiment up... eh:)

Not sure you can see it but the side piece has the days of the week on it-- I thought it went well with the idea of having a cup of coffee in the morning...??? Maybe I don't know anything about coffee and I shouldn't make cards without info or an idea of what I'm talking about! LOL!

I love this little card... even if my cup isn't tall... and it was a reject!
That's it for me today--but be sure to stop by the other Paper Smooches SPARKS DT members' blogs and leave them some love

And don't forget to stop by the Paper Smooches SPARKS blog for more details. This challenge ends May 5th. I cannot wait to see what you make--I just LOOOOOVE my Paper Smooches stamps!!!

THANKS so much for stopping by! Be blessed:}

Paper Smooches SPARKS April Picture Perfect challenge

Hello, friends:}
Today we start another weekly challenge over at Paper Smooches SPARKS blog!! The fourth week of the month is always a Picture Perfect challenge.

This week we are inspired by the following picture:

Ok-- you might be wondering where my inspiration came from! I wanted to focus on the polka dots and the flowers:}

My card features some Echo Park Sweet Girl papers with only ONE Paper Smooches stamp set {Spiritual Sampler}. Can you believe it?? I only used ONE stamp set??? Trav wanted me to make a simple CAS card--- well that doesn't happen often in Savannahland! So I did my best and that meant only one stamp set:) This card also fits in with the RCC80 [showers and flowers] challenge!! HOOOOOORAY!
I even found blue polka dot paper to match the inspiration photo:)
That's it for me today--but be sure to stop by the other Paper Smooches SPARKS DT members' blogs and leave them some love

I really like how my card turned out-- I wanted to go with the NY city theme so I pulled out some Studio Calico Abroad papers for this card. I knew the ME Central Park skyline would be a perfect match for this paper!!! I highlighted a portion of the skyline with Momenta enamel dots and gems, as well as more ME images from this set. LOOOOOOOVE how this turned out:) **I was informed by my friend Cindy that this card fits the Simon Says Stamp challenge {travel/cityscapes}! HOOOORAY!

OHHHH! As soon as I saw this new ME Bling set-- I knew I wanted to use neon papers and glitter as my focus for my card!!! I used some Amy Tangerine Sketchbook papers along with some random neon glitter that I got from the dollar bin at Michael's. I masked two sentiments from the Bling set and added another sentiment from the ME Say What set, as well as some arrows from the Trifecta set. LOVE LOVE LOVE! **I was also inspired by a card that Amy had created using that frame and a brad! Super cute:)
