2026: Guest Designer for Creative Worship Stamps

Hello again, sweet friends!
I'm thrilled to announce that I was asked to be the Creative Worship Stamps Guest Designer for the month of June!!!

I have seen the DT members' creations on FB/IG, and when I got the email asking if I would be a GDT, I was beside myself! What a blessing!

Here's what I created this month *MORE details will be shared on my IG page throughout the month; all CWS supplies will be listed below
I copied a technique that I shared waaaaaaaaaaaaay back in 2014 for the Imagine Crafts YouTube channel! I mixed gel and ink to create a textured paste. Super fun! Check out the video HERE! **Don't mind the bad recording- this was done waaaaaaaaaaay before iPhones and technology that is available today:)
As you can see, I did a lot of fussy cutting and modern, bright design! I really had fun trying new designs, pushing my creativity!

That's it for me today. THANKS so much to Creative Worship Stamps for this wonderful opportunity to share my creations!!! I can't wait to make MORE and to see what NEW releases you have in the future!!

THANKS so much for stopping by! MORE to come 💌

2024: Coffee Date with Shelly & Coffee Loving Papercrafters [cards #146-147]

Hellooooooooooo, sweet friends!

It's been a loooooong time- I know! Let me catch you up:
  1. I continue to injure myself- no surprise there! I recently stepped on a hammer (soft tissue damage), fell down 4 or 5 stairs (because of Finn), and now the back of my right knee hurts (I think I tore something, but I'm hoping not!).
  2. I celebrated the one year anniversary of my wrist surgery- Praise the Lord🙌🏻 I'm so thankful that I have 95% usage of my wrist movement!!! I won't lie - my wrist STILL hurts, but it's so much better today than it was over a year ago!
  3. Oh-- and we moved📦 I found out that we were officially moving 2 weeks before it happened- long story about going back and forth on the house with the previous owners. It was approved; it happened quickly; and I've been currently living out of boxes in my studio! I'm surprised I was able to make something for today's posts since I can't find any of my tools, inks, papers, etc! LOL!
Ok- now that we are caught up... let's get to the good stuff!

I'm joining in the fun as a Guest Designer with the Coffee Loving Papercrafts blog. My sweet friend, Shelly, asked me on a coffee date, and I couldn't refuse:)

#SAVfact: I have 11 food sensitivities including tea and coffee. I don't drink tea or coffee at all. However, I do love the coffee trend images (mugs, cups, fun sayings, etc) and couldn't pass up on this fun opportunity!

Here's a sneak peek of what I've created--- be sure to stop by HERE for more details and the full reveal! **NOTE: Shelly and I decided to do a Throwback for this Coffee Date and use some of the retired Paper Smooches images for our creations. Again--- I couldn't pass up this fun opportunity to use my favorite PS goodies!
That's it for me today. Be sure to stop by the Coffee Loving Papercrafts blog and my IG page for more details!!!

THANKS so much for stopping by! MORE to come 💌

Be blessed ❤️

ps... I couldn't help myself and made ANOTHER card using a NEW Paper Smooches image!!! This little panda in a mug is just too adorable. I did a bit of shading/coloring, fussy cutting, paper piecing, and stamping/embossing. I love the colors and the way this card turned out!!!! SO fun!

Bella Blvd: May Guest Designer RECAP (bible journaling)

Hello, friends!

I had the MOST amazing opportunity to create with  Bella Blvd blog this month! If you haven't been over to their blog for inspiration, check it out HERE.

I shared some sneak peeks of my cards and bible journaling pages at the beginning of May, and today I would like to share the full photos and stories behind each one. If you want, you can read all about it HERE and HERE on the BB blog (and leave some love)!

First up, one of my favorite bible journaling pages! I sometimes take God’s grace for granted. It’s always there. It’s more than enough to get me through daily/hard situations. And sometimes (if I’m being real honest) I don’t give grace out because I feel like those that need it from me don’t deserve it... but I’m the one that doesn’t deserve God’s grace! That’s why I should give it out more freely than I do! I pray that I would remember that while I don’t deserve His grace He gave it to me, a sinner deserving of wrath. May this reminder help me to share and give grace to those who have hurt me or those who are hard to love. [Luke 6:27-36]
The next page is another favorite of mine! Fear tends to creep into my heart more than it should. When I was designing this page, I looked at the back of the ephemera pieces for a verse that would jump start my idea, which ended up being Isaiah 35:4. Sometimes Bible Journaling isn’t always writing out a whole bunch of details, prayers, etc. Many times I like to just add a statement and underline the scriptures that I want to meditate on/remember.

My last page has to be my MOST FAVORITE page ever! LOL! I’ve been thinking of eternal rewards and the fruit that I am producing in my life. I really want to see more fruit and that comes with obeying the Spirit and walking with Him. The Holy Spirit already dwells in me, and producing fruit is a continuous action (making it a habit and lifestyle; Gr. verb “walk” translated in these verses. This thought actually goes well with the IF Fruit of the Spirit ephemera piece “Work In Progress”! LOL!). When I submit to the Spirit’s promptings/control, I am growing in my spiritual life. The fruit of the Spirit is the evidence of this growth! I pray that I will remember this and continue to seek God, obeying Him, and walking with the Spirit!

I had sooooo much fun creating these pages! Bella Blvd and Illustrated Faith are some of my absolute favorite papers to use for projects ❤️

Come back tomorrow for the recap of my Bella Blvd card projects and creations! That's it for me today! THANKS so much for stopping by, and THANK YOU x100000000 for your love, encouragement, and support! Be blessed ❤️ Sav
