FWF....challenge cards

Hello, friends:}

As promised...I'm going to share lots of pics today of UNITY stamps in use!!! I know I've said it before--but I LOVE LOVE LOVE UNITY! I know I'm addicted! I also have a couple of cards that I created for challenges...so here we go!

My first card was created for the Card Patterns #48 and Stampin Sisters in Christ #23 challenges. I used the sketch to make this cute card using Unity's Jan. KOTM stamps, and the challenge #23 was to use just a hint of green. I made the plant glittery (so I guess this would count for Lucy's Challenge as well--to use glitter)! I love this card--too cute!! That pink/orange DP in the background is my FAV!!

My second card was created for the Two Scoops of Rice sketch challenge. This is my first time...and of course I had to create a card for my sister-in-law! Candice's new last name will start with an R (I also used glossy accents over the initial to make it stand out)...so I featured it inside a UNITY Jan. KOTM stamp. The sentiment is from the August KOTM. I love how the purple paper is metallic....the pearls add a bit of elegance...and everything looks so romantic!
I promised that I would share with you some cards that my friend, Jordan, created last weekend. She is sending them to her boyfriend, Nicho. He is so sweet--unless he is peeking and checking out the cards before she sends them!! HA! The first card might look very familiar...it was inspired by my shaped card that was featured on the CARDS blog a couple of weeks ago. I LOVE this card...no wonder Jordan wanted to make something just like it!

This second card was also inspired by one of my cards...LOVE LOVE LOVE the paper used on this--it matches the flowers perfectly!! **NOTE:: Jordan changed her top 5 reasons!! That was not the same as my card:}

This card was inspired by music--it's a part of both of their lives. Jordan wanted a vintage feel...and I love how the photo is torn. The music background is....you guessed it....a stamp by UNITY!
This last card was created using my newest favorite embellishment...FLOCKING! I love it--although, I'm not so sure I understand how to use it yet--but I'm getting better. Jordan wanted to say a sweet sentiment on the inside so we used the heart stamp by UNITY (Confessions) on the outside and inside of the card. Both are flocked--but with two different colors. We also used stamps from the Our Life...set. Too cute.

I think Jordan did an AWESOME job creating these cards--and I bet she is just as much in love with UNITY as I am:}

Oh yeah...I wanted to share with you some updated pics of the sympathy card that I created a couple of days ago. The pics were not that great...but here it is again. I used Unity's Bevy of Butterflies set. LOVE it!

You can kind of see where the side is folded over on top of the front...as well as the perfect pearls glitter.
Well...thanks for making it this far in my post! I love sharing my creations with you--I hope that you enjoyed them! Don't forget to check out the other ladies from Unity and with FWF! GREAT stuff out there! I love Fridays:} And don't forget to leave some love--I love reading them and who knows...you might find the blinkie and WIN!

Thanks again for visiting! Hope you have an AWESOME weekend!
Until next time~
Love, Sav

Love your cards! Thanks for the inspiration for the circle from the Jan10KOM! I was looking at it last night and was a bit stumped. Love it, but wasn't sure how I'd use it. The purple is gorgeous! Fab spring colors on your seed card! TFS!
