Hello again, sweet friends!
Trav went to the dentist the other day (I go in a week). When he came home, he was telling me that his hygienist was pregnant and having a girl. This lead me down lots of different questions:
- Boy or girl: girl
- Are they decorating the nursery? Light green so they can use it for all their children in the future; they will also be using the Velveteen Rabbit as a theme.
Well... I couldn't help myself and told him I would make a card and bunny teether to give her when I visit!
So I got to work pulling out all my rabbit stamps/dies and baby sentiments for a custom baby card. I mixed and matched between
Pink & Main, the
Colorado Craft Co., and
The Stamp Market! I think it turned out super cute!
I also worked in the sewing room-
GASP!
I know! I had the perfect fabric for her teether- it's a cream and brown bunny design. It reminds me of the Velveteen Rabbit or Peter Rabbit, which I thought would work perfectly! Only problem... you can't see the design when it's put together 🤦🏼♀️ LOL! ABC
