2026: TapeRunner + Simon Says Stamp

Hello again, sweet friends!
I know you know this... but I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE my TapeRunner adhesives! Esp this retractable adhesive- it's just click and glue!

I used this TR adhesive to create the background for this Simon Says Stamp card design. **I will not lie- I did NOT use the adhesive on the little hearts πŸ˜‚ I probably could have using my TR adhesive technique that I shared HERE... but I only do that when there are less than 10 small items on a card. There were LOADS more hearts, and I didn't have the patience! LOL!
I looooooove how this card turned out!

2026: 20 Years- I've Come PAR [Card #162]

Hello, everyone!
I've got 2 truths and a lie for this card today:
  1. TapeRunner adhesive made this card EASY to make ✅ I LOVE my TR adhesive! I use it for EVERY project!!!!
  2. I LOVE to make custom foiling pieces using my Pink & Main Mini Minc and Cheerfoil (I actually used some leftover foiling from another custom golf card I created for Trav earlier this year!) ✅ I guess that’s another truth- I LOVE using scraps or making twofer cards ✅
  3. I started playing golf this year ❌
Ok- that last one is a lie… I’m Trav’s caddie! It only took me 20 years to get interested in golf πŸ˜‰

We celebrated 20 years of engagement last week [Trav proposed on June 14, 2006- it’s a fun story! Someday day I will share it.]. I’ve had this card planned for awhile, but I was too ill to create it last week. Better late than never… and I guess that goes with me liking golf too😊

2026: (sigh) Another Sympathy Card [Card #139-140]

Hello again, sweet friends!
(sigh) When you see this Erin Lee Creative stamp set on my desk, you *know* I have to make MORE sympathy cards😞

I used my TapeRunner adhesive to attach the kraft cardstock to the cardbase, as well as the embossed cardstock to the front panel.
I know that sympathy cards are usually saved for years as family members remember their loved one and there is only ONE adhesive I would use to help my cards stay strong for a long time--- TapeRunner adhesive.
I pray that this sympathy card brings comfort today and always to our sweet friend who lost her mother a week ago❤️

That's it for me today.

Hello again, sweet friends!
I am cutting it close to the Simon Says Stamp IG Challenge deadline--- bright and colorful... but I also made it modern/graphic and CASπŸ™ƒ

And did you notice... I think my #SAVfact from my previous post HERE is TRUE!!!! I matched my TapeRunner adhesive to my card!!! LOL!

2026: TapeRunner With Pink & Main Foil [Card #142]

Hello again, sweet friends!
#SAVfact (I think this is true... I will have to keep an eye on this to make sure! LOL!): I believe I match my TapeRunner adhesive to my projectsπŸ˜‚

Here's a TapeRunner adhesive fact: this adhesive holds strong with just about ANY paper or cardstock! I've used all the different TapeRunner adhesive on the following:
  • regular paper
  • regular cardstock
  • patterned paper
  • embossed paper
  • EVO synthetic paper
  • vellum
  • tissue paper
  • and NOW.... foiled paper
I love my TapeRunner adhesive! I use it on ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL of my projects! And I'm not worried about it failing to hold strong!!! What I am worried about is that I need to get more because I'm running out- I have FOMO on my FAV adhesive! LOL!
Back to my project... This card was super easy to make! Follow these EASY steps to recreate this card:
  1. Use Pink & Main Mini Minc and cheerfoil to create background- my FAV backgrounds are the Prism designs!
  2. Use TR adhesive to attach foiled background to cardbase
  3. Stamp sentiment on strip of paper and attach to cardbase on the diagonal using TR adhesive
  4. Stamp and color images, add glitter for extra glam
  5. Add TR adhesive to the center of the images and attach to cardbase; *optional- add a foam dot to each side of dragonfly wings to make it pop
  6. Finish with a few embellishments

You can see the dimension I created by adhering the CENTER of the bodies using TR adhesive and then adding a foam dot for extra height!

EASY!

That's it for me today. I hope that you will try some TR adhesive on ALL of your projects and on EVERY paper that you own! Let me know how strong the hold is- I know you won't be disappointed!

2026: TapeRunner One Layer Birthday Card [Card #128]

Hello again, sweet friends!
Today I'm sharing a ONE layer card that I created for a friend's birthday.

Now--- one layer cards should be easy to make: cut paper, add to cardbase, done. And there is nothing wrong with that... but I like to add a bit more! I wanted to ink the background but leave the image alone so I could color it... and then I wanted to add a bit of glitter... and I needed a sentiment... THEN I could add this panel to the cardbase πŸ˜‚

Here are a few steps that I did to create this card:
I probably spent 30 mins trying to figure out what colors I wanted to use for the base... and in the end, I didn't use two of the colors and cut off one more so the base would fit the card size! LOL!
I masked the image so I could create a blended background... what I didn't realize was that there would be a white outline around my image because the die cut is a tad bit bigger than the image itself 🀦🏼‍♀️ I was shocked and wondered what I would do to fix this... but in the end... I really liked how this turned out:)
This is the final step of creating this one layer card- stamping the sentiment and adding it to my cardbase using TapeRunner adhesive. Now that was EASY
This card was kind of easy to make but super scary too because I don't normally do cards like this!
Scary because one coloring or ink blending mistake and I'd have to start over!
Scary because I didn't know (or realize) my mask would leave a white border!
EASY because I can trust my TapeRunner adhesive to stick strong and make this card last!!!

2026: Glittered Die Cut Images Tutorial *Pink&Main + TapeRunner adheseive*

Hello again, sweet friends!
I have been adding Pink & Main glitter to all of my die cuts lately and several of you have been asking how I do it! Here are a few other glittered die cut images I've created in the last month--
Well here's my quick and easy tutorial

**I will say this probably 1000x for any project--- you need AMAZING adhesive like TapeRunner
It really doesn't get any easier than that!
If you want to see this photo tutorial in video/reel form, check out my IG feed! I will share a video tomorrow:)

2026: Simple Stripes with TapeRunner Adhesive

Hello again, sweet friends!
Today I am sharing a quick way to add colorful stripes to a negative image or panel.

This card was created for my sweet friend and Finn's best friend's mom- she lost Tiberius a few weeks ago. The colorful stripes remind me of Tiberius' winter coat- he had a winter jacket that was dark blue with a hint of orange and white. He was sooooooooooooo cute!
Here's a photo of Finn and Tiberius (without his coat) walking together. I love that Tiberius was so small and friends with Finn!

Making this striped background is super EASY! The key to keeping the strips of cardstock in place is using a great adhesive like TapeRunner! I use this for ALL of my striped cardstock backgrounds!

Here are some quick steps to make your own striped background:
Gather your supplies- I'm using TapeRunner adhesive with Pink & Main Pet Angels stamps and Paw Print dies, as well as a retired die set from Paper Smooches to create the vellum dog image.

You can see I already have my colored cardstock cut into strips and used washi tape to hold the strips together in the order I would like them on my cardbase.
Next I drew a rough image of where the negative image panel would be placed on my cardbase. Then I added some TapeRunner adhesive to this exact location. After applying adhesive to the rough location of this image, I added one more layer of adhesive about an inch around this spot- just so I knew that I had enough adhesive for the image and strips of cardstock. **It's never bad to use too much adhesive :)
I also added adhesive to the negative image panel back- this will help the strips and cardbase stick together.
To finish the card, I just sandwiched the cardbase with the strips of cardstock to the negative image panel. EASY!

I love how easy it is to use the TapeRunner adhesive! I also love how strong this adhesive is- I think I might have to use this striped background for MORE negative image paneled cards :)

2026: Watercolor + TapeRunner + MORE Sympathy Cards

Hello again, sweet friends!
I'm back to share MORE creations... unfortunately, I needed to make MORE sympathy cards (again).

I wanted to try something new for these designs. I was inspired by a craft that my Mom, older brother, and his family helped me create during their spring break (MORE on that soonπŸ‘€)- watercoloring!

I watercolored some background pieces and used them behind some die cut cover pieces. What really surprised me is that the TapeRunner adhesive was strong enough to hold the watercolor paper to the cardbase. If you have worked with watercolors before, then you know it warps the paper/etc. But all of the TapeRunner adhesive did it's job and held strong!!!!

I used the TR pink adhesive on the first card, and the TR retractable adhesive on the second set. I used adhesive on the cardbase, watercolor panel, and die cut cover panel! I'm really loving that retractable adhesive- it's so easy to use! Just click and adhere!

I loooooooooooove how these turned out. I pray that they bring comfort and peace to our friends during this difficult time ❤️

That's it for me today.
